Here are a few sample clippings that Magnolia Clipping and Broadcast Monitoring Service has taken from a variety of clients. Once the clips are located in the newspaper, we then create a tag, that includes a bar code on it. This bar code contains all of the information that is included on that tag. Your clips are then saved in a high resolution file.
Magnolia scans the clippings just as they appeared in the newspaper. If it is a color clip then we scan it in color, or if it is a black and white clip, then we scan it is black and white, and if it is a black and white photograph, then we scan the clip in grey-scale. Optical Character Recognition utilizes state of the art software to make all of your clips searchable. We save the clips into one large PDF file, this allows searchability, of your entire clip collection to locate that one clip you need.
