Clerk tied up, threatened, hospitalized during overnight robbery

Emergency teams rushed a Jackson County convenience store clerk to the hospital early this morning after she was reported tied up and had her life threatened. That clerk worked at a store in the St. Andrews community. Jackson County’s sheriff tells us sometime after 1:00 a.m., three men reportedly forced their way into the store. Once they tied up the clerk, they reportedly stole an ATM machine and a small safe.
